Balance and adversity play a major role in building and strengthening a team. No matter win or loss, a team will continue to be the same family it had been. This year’s football team can be viewed as united and supportive. Luke Tingley, third year player for the knights, speaks on behalf of how his teammates support each other on and off the field: “We support each other on the field by trying to motivate each other and we do not get mad at each other when a mistake is made.” The team’s support and motivation not only spreads positivity, but can teach athletes a meaningful lesson. Luke Tingley says, “The best advice I have received is to keep a clear head and not let the past affect anything but always stay focused on the current play.” By spreading positivity, the boys build strong relationships and further their sense of gameplay. As the season progresses, the Knights will continue supporting each other and will work with the same dedication to create a successful season. Let’s go Knights!
