Road to Reality

Homecoming Week at Lincoln-Way Central has come and gone and with it another successful iteration of Road to Reality. This performance, done in small skits, follows the consequences of a teenage girl who indulges in the use of alcohol and then drives with her friend. While this event gathers support from many of the sports teams and clubs at Lincoln-Way, it was still a surprising turnout from members of the New Lenox and Manhattan community who attended for the first time. This time, like all the years before, was no disappointment having a deeply profound effect on not only parents but the students themselves who attended. It was a wonderful success for the first time event sponsors, Kathy Sulkowski and Rhonda Starklauf, along with the combination of the veteran and newly introduced cast and crew for the event. The combination of old and new talent set great groundwork for more successful years to come for the event.
